My name is Seng, and I’m a mom of four working in big tech with experiences as both a program manager, product manager, and software development manager – all without having a degree in computer science.
I absolutely love computers and technology, but I have always found that coding sometimes absolutely frustrates me to no end. I do love the strategy and product side of the business, while being able to dive in deep into the technology. I love learning about what customers want, figure out how that could help the bottom line, and then development solutions to make it happen.
How I Started Product and Program Management
My background in short was: pharmaceutical sales, proposal writing, consulting implementation, executive sales, program and process mangagement, software development management, product management, and program management.
I’ve worked in both Fortune 500 to Fortune 10 companies while also being able to keep my entrepreneurial passion alive with side hustles in digital online marketing.
